§ 1 Scope, customer information

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Textilmanufaktur Sirko Galz (Textilmanufaktur Sirko Galz) and consumers who purchase goods through our shop. The contract language is German.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

(1) The offers on the Internet constitute a binding offer to you to purchase goods.

(2) You can place one or more products in your shopping basket. During the ordering process, you enter your details and preferences regarding payment method, delivery terms, etc. Only by clicking on the order button do you accept this offer to conclude a purchase contract. You can also conclude the purchase contract by telephone.

§ 3 Customer information: Storage of the contract text

We will store your order with details of the contract concluded (e.g. type of product, price, etc.). We will send you the General Terms and Conditions, but you can also access them at any time after conclusion of the contract via our website. As a registered customer, you can access your previous orders via the customer login area (My Account).

§ 4 Customer information: correction notice

You can correct your entries at any time before submitting your order using the delete key. We will inform you about further correction options during the ordering process. You can also terminate the ordering process completely at any time by closing the browser window.

§ 5 Retention of title

The purchased item remains our property until full payment has been received.
